Create an account

Go to easylife.ai and click "Start a free plan".

Create your account with email and password. You'll be ready in under a minute – no credit card required.

The onboarding wizard

After your first login, a guided tour starts automatically. It shows you around the app and explains the most important features.

The wizard helps you understand where to find goals, tasks, routines, logbook and settings.

Explore the dashboard

The dashboard is your home base. Here you get an overview of upcoming tasks, active goals, routines and more – all gathered in widgets you can customize.

Set your first goal

Navigate to Goals in the sidebar and click "New goal". Fill in the title, description and deadline.

EasyLife lets you use AI to generate milestones and tasks, so you never start from a blank page.

Add tasks

Go to Todo in the menu. Add tasks to your backlog, and drag them to today's list when you're ready to work on them.

You can prioritize, set deadlines and link tasks directly to your goals.

Build your first routines

Go to Routines and create your own morning and evening routines. Routines help you build good habits and create structure in your daily life.

Start simple – choose three to five activities you want to do every day, and build from there.
